Job Description

  1. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate income for the organisation to an agreed annual target
  2. Presenting the organisation to potential clients through direct communication like face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  3. Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
  4. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation and closing the business.
  5. Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business opportunities to the organisation are captured and explored 
  6. Act as a representative of the organisation at industry events and tradeshows in a professional manner and polished appearance with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts

Competencies and Skills Required
Male candidate with around 2-5 years of experience in equipment/vehicle financing/leasing. He should be a self-motivated individual with outstanding ability to sell and negotiate and should display outstanding closing and follow-up skills. 

Age & Qualification
The ideal candidate should be aged between 25 and 30. He should have a Bachelors Degree. MBA in Marketing is desirable.
